Help is within you
God is outside and inside in you too.
According to Hindu Mythology you can say the body is Siva and the soul is Sakthi.
If there is no body, where the soul can stay.
If the soul is not ticking, what the body can do.
So Body and soul are interdependent.
God has manifested himself in us in this way.
